Golden Hour Maternity Shoot

Trey & I found out we were expecting the week we moved into our new home during the height of the pandemic. We were thrilled to find out after a few months of trying to get pregnant but also nervous about all the uncertainty that 2020 would bring.

Rather than getting our photos professionally taken, we decided to set up our DSLR camera on a tripod and took this Golden Hour Maternity Shoot in the privacy of our backyard during sunset. We live on a spacious half-acre that’s in a bird sanctuary surrounded by a forest.

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to share our due date for meeting our little one.
